Our conditions of rental. 

  1. The hirer accepts that he/she is liable for the first $2,800 of damage unless the daily charge for reduced excess if paid at the commencement of the rental.
  2. The hirer accepts that the vehicle is hired to him/her at his/her own risk in respect to loss or damage to the vehicle and consequential loss by the owner.
  3. The hirer accepts that he/she may be liable to the owner for any loss or damage to the vehicle and consequential loss.
  4. The vehicle is rented for use within the territory of Brunei Darussalam only and any fines incurred during the rental period would be the liability of the hirer.
  5. The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel and is to be returned with the same level of fuel. IF the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel a fee of BND$45 will be charged.
  6. The driver must over 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license. The driver must have read and fully understood the terms of this agreement.

We accept cash(Brunei Dollars) and all major credit and debit cards. Our representatives at airport and pick up locations will be enabled with mobile POS machines.

You can cancel/edit your booking free of charge 24 hours prior to pick up by calling our help line at 673-2428989. 

Foreign visitors who hold of foreign driving permits and International driver licenses are permitted to drive in Brunei Darussalam for three months. After that period, foreign visitors have to obtain Brunei driver licenses. At times, holders of international driving permits need to pass an oral test if they want to have Brunei driver licenses.  Few guidelines – 

  • Traffic moves on the left side of the road.
  • Minimum driving age is 18.
  • Overtaking is on the right.
  • Hazard lights are required when vehicle approaching an accident or is disabled.
  • The driver and passengers in the front seats are required to wear seat belts.
  • Children under 3 years must be fastened securely in government-approved car seats.

When you  pick up the car, you will be provided with details of emergency contacts and 24/7 roadside assistance number.

You must provide copies of your passport and driving licence to our representative at the time of pick up.
